By creating an account or purchasing any plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service
We provide access to internet-based television and on-demand content through compatible devices. Availability of channels and content may change without notice.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials

• Keep your account information accurate

• Do not share access beyond the number of connections included in your plan

4. Permitted use
Use the service only for lawful personal streaming. Do not attempt to copy, rebroadcast, resell or tamper with the service or DRM.

5. Plans, billing and renewal

• Prices and currency are shown at checkout

• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date

• Taxes or VAT may apply based on your location

6. Trials
If an iptv trial is offered, it is limited to the period stated at signup and to one trial per customer and payment method.

7. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy below.

8. Service quality and availability
Streaming quality depends on your device, ISP and network conditions. Temporary outages or maintenance may occur.

9. Third-party services
Some content and apps are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their terms, privacy practices or availability.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may cancel at any time in your account or by contacting support.

11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
